Kelly is extremely lovely and experienced. Her friendly and confident manner puts you at ease straight away. She takes her time, explains what she is doing, gives advice and on leaving, she has given us her personal mobile number in case we have any problems or concerns. She has carried out numerous piercings on family members and I would highly recommend her. The studio is clean and staff are friendly and welcoming. There was also a good selection of jewellery to choose from.

All the staff were so great putting my little girl (7) at ease with her decision to get her ears pierced. Kelly and her colleague were so professional and they expertly pierced both ears at exactly the same time, meaning my daughter only had to be brave once. The needle piercing means the earrings can have completely flat backs, so much more comfortable than the gun piercing studs! Daughter is very happy, highly recommend.

Was tattooed by Makena who is a amazing and kind person. She designed my tattoo exactly how I wanted, took time to make sure I was OK during the session. This tattoo had huge meaning and I'm glad I choose Makena to do it. I will be back for my next tattoo soon. Highly recommend going here for a tattoo.The salon is clean and specious and always a warm atmosphere when you walk in.

Kelly is absolutely amazing. She gave me an industrial piercing on my right ear and ran through all the aftercare with me and took her time to make me feel comfortable and prepared for the piercing itself. She gave me a card to contact her on for future piercings and any advice on the piercing I was given by her. She was so kind, understanding and considerate. I get a bit of anxiety going to new places and I felt relaxed in a matter of minutes. Her and her colleague also gave me advice on my tunnels which was great too. Amazing studio, very clean and lovely decor.10/10. Any future piercings - I'm definitely coming here.

Friendly nice staff, wasn't intimidating to walk in. Had a piercing with Kelly she was really nice and caring, spoke to me about the process and aftercare explained well Really happy with the piercing which has healed nicely with no issues. I will definitely be going back and 100% recommend.

Had a really great experience with Kelly the lovely piercer, my nose piercing was rejecting and she sorted me out. She distracted me with gig chat and tbh I had such a nice time I was bummed to leave! Thanks heaps gal :)

Such a calm, welcoming space-busy, but accommodating with somewhere to sit while you wait! My daughter got seen for a walk in nose piercing. The piercer is super kind and warm, making my daughter feel reassured throughout the process. Piercing looks great-aftercare clearly explained. Will be back for more, thank you!

I’ve had three piercings with Kelly here,and she’s never not polite,friendly,confident,and just a pleasure to be around. She takes her time ensuring the placement for the piercings is suitable,has a great range of jewellery,and pierces you nice and quickly. Only person I let pierce me now! Couldn’t recommend this place more if you want to be pierced.
