We are really disappointed on the outcome of having our carpets cleaned by Shaun. He cleaned our carpets on the 15th August this year. We live in a town house and we asked Shaun to clean two flights of stairs, a very small landing and two medium sized bedrooms but didn’t ask him to move beds or any other items of furniture. So the actual area to be cleaned wasn’t that great. That seemed to be the case because Shaun had finished cleaning the carpets in just under one hour. We paid £205 which included Scotguard. The carpets have been down a long time but we have cared for them so maybe that is why they don’t look any different than when I give them a hoovering with our powerful Dyson. I was expecting certain key areas to look cleaner though such as the area of carpet leading in to the en-suite in one of the bedrooms which over the years looks stained. It still looks the same. I did ring Shaun afterwards and he said that I wouldnt see much difference because the carpets were in a good state but I was hoping to be able to see a difference especially in the bedrooms. My expectations are probably too high. Being an elderly woman with gray hair, and having been ripped off so many times these last few years because of my advancing years, I hope that this wasn’t a factor. At one point Shaun did say how pleased he was that I hadn’t trailed behind him checking his work as many of his customers do. What he didn’t realise is that I couldn’t because I was working…from home despite my years.

We have used Shaun for a couple of years now and are always pleased with the results. He is always professional, punctual and tailors the treatment for the carpet/s at each appointment. Other family members also now use Shaun's services and we are happy to continue to recommend Shaun.For dog owners: I have a dog (which you wouldn't know after Shaun has cleaned the carpets!) and I like that the products used are safe and better still - fully removed from the carpet once cleaned. Especially good for anyone with sensitive pooches like ours!

Excellent service from beginning to end. We had a suite of badly neglected floors to clean.Shaun arrived on time to survey, walked us through the job carefully and meticulously. He was honest in his estimate of how successful the job would be, given considerable staining in some areas.He then turned up on time on the day and did an excellent, tidy job.Can't recommend him enough. Will definitely use him again. Trusting tradesmen can be difficult, but Shaun did a great job and we couldn't be happier.
