Excellent service. I was sceptical about just handing my laptop over and sending money before seeing it, however, the process was excellent. It was picked up from me on a Monday morning, by Wednesday evening I had the report that it was in final testing and to pay the invoice. I paid this at 10pm on the Wednesday evening and by 9.30 the following morning it was delivered to me. Special mention to the person doing the pick up and drop off, he was great. Thanks for a great service, would highly recommend.

A massive thanks to the team at Manchester PC! I recently sent my 2014 iMac in for an upgrade to fit an SSD internally, I didn't trust myself to take the screen out. I wish I'd have thought to have done this years ago! I'm really glad that there's a convenient option for this kind of request here in Manchester, as well as it being a brilliant way of reducing tech waste and obsolescence. This machine has years left of life in it, it was only the hard drive slowing it down. Now I've got a computer with a new lease of life. Manchester PC also include free pickup and delivery with a smile, this made it very feasible for me. Thank you again!

I was having issues with my laptop, signs that made it seem like the CMOS battery had gone and was causing some time/date and bios issues. I've replaced that and it seemed like everything was working perfectly again. Until eventually the laptop just turned off and would not turn back on again.I've reached out to Manchester PC who had remarkable reviews and a very appealing service; with a collection and returns from a Manchester location. They had looked into the issue and it seems the Motherboard was not repairable, a replacement was needed. Unfortunately there were no replacement parts available for my system at the time. They kindly returned the laptop at no charge, even though time was taken to attempt a repair. I had to get the manufacturer to repair/replace the faulty components in the end as they had those on hand.Even though unsuccessful this time, Manchester PC provided a very professional service. One I would recommend to anyone who is having Computer issues that are beyond their scope of fixing. Thank you again for attempting the repair, and I'm sorry that on this occasion this was not successful.

Very happy customer. Pick up and return were incredibly quick at each end (pay by 7a.m. and they return the device that same morning). I sent in a laptop that had been running very slowly. They upgraded RAM and storage disk (to SDD) as well as giving it a service. It now runs 100x better. Thanks!

Had my pc sent in for some repairs and they kept me updated throughout the process. The customer service was amazing and I had the pc dropped back off to my house 2 days later working perfectly. 10\10 definitely recommend

I sent a request off to Manchester PC a couple of weeks ago. I described the fault on my iMac Desktop and quickly received a quote to repair it. It was diagnosed with a power supply problem and I was again kept in touch with cost etc. Admir advised me to upgrade my computer whilst he had it apart and it was delivered back today.Excellent service at a reasonable cost.

Fantastic service. My laptop had invasive malware, and was collected, fixed and returned to me within 2 days as good as new. I was kept up to date on how the repair was going, and all care was taken to ensure no files needed to be removed from the machine despite this making a longer job for the company. Delivery driver was very friendly as well.I would highly recommend them. The rates are very reasonable as well.
