I bought a car a few weeks ago and today I had some problems. They fixed it today while I was waiting in the office. Amazing and prompt service. Highly Recommending. Offered food and drinks. Polite people. Very understandable that i needed my car the same day for work. The mechanic also gave me a good and understanding explanation.Thank you, would definitely recommend.

I got a car on finance in February had trouble with it since buying itAugust 1st car broken down on m6 engine had seized after trying to get hold of Wiz motors by ringing and via email got nowhere had to speak to finance company which did nothing so now stuck with a broke car in my driveway still no word from Wiz.car didn't come with full mot and it didn't get serviced before coming to me best if it is I part ex my old car which I'd had for a year without issue. very disappointed with every aspect it from. Part exchanged my car today. Lovely friendly service. The car needed an oil change which was done while I completed the paperwork.I had a long way to drive there and home but, nice drive home in my new car. Many thanks. Sorrel- Suffolk

Brought what I thought was a good car from here yet after 1 week of driving car started shuddering more and more. Had a grinding noise coming from it and kept loosing power. Serpentine belt snapped and at first they even refused to collect to fix as under warranty. Fixed after some debate. Since then car has gone into limp mode and died out on me twice. Told me to drive it to them for them to see, when I got there they did not even open the bonnet and told me it's probably a battery deterioration and I should replace. Reluctantly I did this and had car checked out by a reputable mechanic to be told the pipe to the turbo was faulty and needed replacing. Really dissatisfied and disappointed with how this company handle things. Will never buy from then again. Having to now spend out more money to fix yet another issue.

Update on my review.So a day before the 6month warranty run out the headgasget went, fuel gauge doesn't read correctly the bonnet flew up smashed the windscreen while driving at 50mph. When I called them up they said isn't my problem it's my problem. I have all the evidence and now fighting this through trading ombudsman and trading standards everyone's reviews has been screenshot as evidence and there lies the not just myself but other customers. Disgusting company.So I got my car beginning of December, had a few problems from the get go. Start stop not working, wing mirror not adjusting properly, heater dial wasn't working, paint work had loads of scratches. Don't get me wrong they fixed the majority of the problems minus the wing mirror yeah they had it painted on the worst panels but the paint job that was done was terrible I toke it back for the painter I believed to be redoing the paint job. No they just polished it. And looks even worse they have burnt the paint work with the polish mop. Far from happy for an £8000 car it shouldn't have so much cosmetic issues let alone them apparently paying to have the paint work done for it not to be done properly I've now got to book it into a garage I know to have it done properly.
