Absolutely awful. Could not agree more with the first review. I was also kept waiting and made to feel dreadful. I complained and noone apologized, I would never recommend them, they should not be in business!!

I had ordered the 61 piece Picasso tiles from the Little people store. Unfortunately the 1st set that arrived had scratched tiles and the case was broken. I was very disappointed since it was a birthday gift, so I contacted them about this. Kath was very prompt in responding via email and what’s app and also sent a new replacement set immediately. Customer service is all that makes a difference. Little People Store go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy with the purchase. I will definitely be shopping here again. Would love to visit their shop in Wales someday (Ordered from England). Dev

My daughter recently had her 8th Birthday Party at the Little People Store (tiered afternoon tea, drinks in decorated party glasses with coloured ice cubes, a range of party snacks, lovely craft activities, ice cream tubs - which children decorated with a range of toppings, and a disco with disco ball and a range of dance routines!! As well as helium balloons and party decorations). My daughter and her friends had an absolute blast from start to finish. Kath was so friendly and accommodating in the lead up to the party and her and her colleague Heidi absolutely went the extra mile to ensure that every child enjoyed every single second! I cannot recommend this venue more if you are looking for something extra special!!! The cost of the party was also incredibly reasonable.Thanks so much!
