2 times I rent car from this location and 2 times car was dirty (( and 2 time support just ignored me, no answer, nothing just ignore (((

My partner and I had a car booked for 8 am on a Saturday morning. We needed it to be delivered at this time to make an appointment we had. 7 am on Saturday we are told the car will arrive on time. At 8:10 am (10 minutes after the reservation started) we get a call saying the car will be delayed without an eta. 30 minutes go by and eventually we have to go pick up the car from shepherds bush.We arrived very late to where we needed to be and caused a further delay to the people we were meeting so they could get to their destination. Customer service was not enabled to help at all. If you plan to have a car delivered I would triple check they can do it for you

Avoid them at all cost.I used to rave about Virtuo but they are now just way worse than the classic rental companies.Two last experience:Car got a flat tire after 10 minutes. I was left with no support for 6 hours in central london. Virtuo forced me to stay by the car that whole time.Weekend plan got cancelled due to their poor service.They apologised profusely and issued a voucher that I used today (on top of 100£ rental).I used the car delivery service.Car was not delivered as their driver decided to cancel the job.I had to call them to find this out.Incapable of confirming or sending a new car on the go.Another plan ruined.Never again.

Fantastic way to rent a car....& a Mercedes at that!! Picked the car up only a short walk from my house although if you prefer it can be delivered. The car was clean inside and out the defect/damage reporting is easy to complete as is the whole experience. I fully recommend and will be using again very soon

WARNING! All of their Teslas have “chill” mode enabled, which severely reduces their acceleration! This makes the (otherwise brilliant) Long Range Model 3 shockingly slow. I highly recommend UFO Drive instead, as they do not restrict their cars!

AVOID: Electric car delivered with no charge. First 2 hours of rental spent finding charging station and paying to charge, despite contract saying it would come with a full charge and any charging at a Teslr station would be free.Customer Service spectacularly useless, as noted elsewhere in reviews. 2 calls, both to numbers outside UK, both promising a call-back which never came. Promised a call from Shepherds Bush Virtuo to replace car, which never arrived.Refund promised and not delivered; another customer service fail. There are lots of car rental options; Virtuo is not one to pick.

Fantastic experience throughout. Had some issues when taking the car out, but the helpful customer care team sorted them all out.

Very easy to book and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
