The lady in the shop was really helpful. The fitters were great. Only problem we had was they sent the wrong bricks for behind the fire. So I was quite upset. But ended up keeping them as we had already waited 6 weeks for them.

Ordered the Lister fireplace package. We had to wait for delivery but the fitter arrived on time. Quick, efficient, tidy and helpful. Advised about CO alarms and carried the old hearth and loaded it in my boot. Very happy with the fitting.

Recently bought a gasfire of Yvonne she was help full, but forgot to put a chimney liner on the order. and when gas fitter came ,he had to go away and come back another day .Ģlen and liam fitted the cimmey liner ,repaird the chimmey internally ,and sorted the gas pipe out, he's a Jack of all trades a very good fitter very happy with the fit and finish5

I recently had the Calvi fireplace with a woodburner installed. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and professional as were the fitters. I am over the moon with my purchase and wound highly recommend this company and their fitters.

Terrible experience with this company. They are only helpful until they get their hands on your money! They ruined my wood floor while fitting my fireplace by cutting out 2 inches more than needed, then when I complained I got a cocky couldn't care less attitude off the women who was so helpful when we where buying from her. I ended up taking it to trading standards and said woman forged a piece of paper saying they had permission to ruin my floor, she even spelt my name wrong. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company like the plague.

Had bank card ready to order a wood burning stove but having never had one before we had no idea where to start. We expected them to be able to help but they couldnt help without us already knowing what we wanted. We ended up going somewhere else who were really helpful with explaining the basics, advised us with what we would need and got us sorted.

Went to the Fireplace shop in Royton and was surprised by the selection available. Quite a small building, over 3 floors with a good display of different designs. I bought a Salus limestone fireplace with electric fire and couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. The lady in store was helpful and friendly and would definitely recommend.
