Ordered at friends was told 1 hour 15. Called back after 1.5 hours, was told 5 minutes max as on route. Called back at nearly 2 hours, was offered a 10% discount and told max 5 minutes. Was then another 15 mins with dishes not correct (s&s beef rather than chilli beef and wrong noodles in other dishes) felt we were lied to and treated awfully. Have used cheungs previously very regularly but would not recommend after our experience. Very disappointed.

Food is good, fairly expensive though. Website is broken where it redirects you to a spam/scam page every time you try to load it up so had some issues finding ways to order online or even look at a menu.

Food is always delicious and hot with short wait times. Good and friendly customer service and has never let me down. Will continue to come back here regularly.

This is by far one of the best Chinese takeaways I’ve ever been to, from the food to the great customer service. I could not recommend more!!

The food i ordered came fast and tasted great, chips are very good and so is the house special chow mein.

Whilst the food is generally good, unfortunately the young man who owns this takeaway sees fit to stick his fingers up his nose and then immediately handles customers food. I've seen him do this more than once and should have never gone back after the first occasion, but I did. I almost wish I hadn't seen him do that as it was a convenient place to use.

I ordered at 4.50, ten mins before the shop opened, was given 5.50 as delivery time. 6.20 the food arrived, chips had been refried from the night before and seems the same with King prawn balls, the prawns were the size of a standard prawn, bone dry and the batter was so hard I couldn't even bite into them. The squid was either old or over cooked, possibly both. Seems the only freshly cooked item was the spring roll. Over priced for the quality for a start. Not worth the late delivery. Just hope I don't get sick.

I want to give this Chinese a higher score but unfortunately I have had good and bad experiences of this Chinese. I have used it for years. Generally good food but recently have had two what could have been dangerous incidents. Both times having asked for food without prawns for which I have an allergy we have received food with prawns in. Both times we have not been warned that there were prawns in the item and we did ask both times over the phone to make sure. Prawns effect my breathing so could be potentially very dangerous, however my allergy is not too serious but I don’t ever risk it. Do watch out for this Chinese if you do have a serious allergy as it could be very bad.

I would love to be able to give them a review but I ordered my food as an ONLINE order the was made at 6.51pm, according to my confirmation email. I had a slight alteration to make, so as instructed in the email. I called within 5 mins of making the order, and was told that it was not a problem. The website stated 50 min wait on delivery, which was fine but after not receiving it after 1.5 hours I called the takeaway. To be told it wasn't in the shop so it must be out for delivery... 5/10 more mins. After 10 mins I called again. To then be told there had been a mistake. The order hadn't gone through to the kitchen and my order wasn't there not because it was on its way to me but because it had never been made!!I told them to forget the order. I put the oven on started cooking , to hear a knock on my door... it was the delivery guy with my food... only 1 hour and 50 mins after I had placed the order... asking me to take the food as it was hot telling me to take a discount and then got quite agitated after I refused as I had already put food in the oven. He was showing me a receipt with the incorrect time on it, telling me I was lying. I showed him the confirmation email I had received, he was still trying to tell me I was lying.I will never use this business again. There are 2 other fantastic Chinese takeaways in the area. Its not like we are stuck with them, luckily.

it's very overpriced compared to all the other local Chinese around here and the food is better at China star and cheaper . For example a bag chips and pot of barbecue sauce is £8 in Yatton Chinese. if you go to a different Chinese like China Star its just over £5 and much nice food.
