Absolutely fantastic experience with Dougie. He’s a honest reliable guy who has done a fantastic job upgrading our boiler and removing our water tank. Really knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Competitive prices. Good value servicing too. Can’t recommend this business enough.

Dougie is a friendly and highly skilled professional who replaced our central heating boiler for a very fair and reasonable price. When he returned to service the boiler a year later, we asked him about an unrelated plumbing matter which we were concerned about. Dougie tackled the unscheduled problem there and then, which involved him working flat out for over an hour in a very inaccessible space. We will not hesitate to contact Dougie for any heating and plumbing requirements that might arise in future.

Fitted a new heating system for a reasonable price. Dougie is a top bloke, totally reliable and honest. He came back to do a smaller job on the same day of asking. 100% recommended. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Dougie managed to squeeze me in his busy schedule to get to my leaking radiators which I am very appreciative. He was very professional and efficient during the job and arranged free collection of the old radiators for me. The cost was very reasonable and I’m very happy with the service provided. Friendly, Prompt local service-I needed a bedroom radiator re-hanging which I’d had removed a couple of months previously due to having the room plastered. I got in touch with Dougie who was able to visit at a time convenient to me to do the job.The job was done promptly with no mess, place was left tidy afterwards. I would recommend Prism Gas to anyone in the area needing Heating/ Gas work doing.Thanks Dougie

Dougie is a knowledgeable, dependable and honest tradesman. Serviced my boiler properly and also fixed central heating.Have been paying £15 a month for boiler cover and an annual service for years - to have an engineer come out and glance at it for 10 minutes. Dougie spent 2 hours stripping it down and servicing it thoroughly, fixing a long-standing leak that caused a regular drop in pressure.Thoroughly recommend Prism Gas & Heating.
