Well, I bought a mixed brands Laptop from day and more on the fact that it got to me with a bios password (which they claim wasnt put there by them) the hard drive failed in less than a day, I resetted the password by reinstalling the CMOS battery (Which I figure computer technitions should know how to do) and remember the hard drive? it is from 2012, seeing how hard drive life expectancy is 2-3 years, i figure that when refurbushing a laptop, it is a good idea to replace it.overall: not recommended, although tech support was some what quick
