Every time I leave Sally , my posture , balance and alignment are so much better, and my limp is gone . All the knots from my back disappear; I can stand up straight and move freely again. Results and relief are instant ! She also gives you the tools you need to help yourself at home. She has made a real difference to my everyday life , as I am able to move more freely, and with less pain . I have one leg shorter than the other , but she is able to manipulate the body so that they are more equal when I leave . She is also trained in medical acupuncture , so that if an area is causing too much pain to massage , she will relieve the pain that way . She will adapt her treatments depending on your situation . She is attentive to individual needs and will always go the extra mile . Sally is genuine, caring, friendly and approachable . I wouldn't go to anybody else .Thank you Sally !

Excellent service. Efficient, effective and extremely knowledgeable by a sports person who knows their stuff. I called and luckily got a cancellation slot the same day. I immediately booked a follow up session as I was so impressed with the treatment.I really felt so much better post treatment and went away with a stretching regime to assist. Thank you.
