Sat 15 July.. went to the shop at approx 6pm and ordered two donor kebabs , but requested them off the actual stick . This was because we passed the shop earlier this afternoon and clearly, yesterdays donor was still up / being used. However at 6 pm a new donor was cooking. We wanted the fresh meat ,not the leftovers that were already in the pot. We were offered those pieces more than once , but we insisted that we wanted fresh meat . The owner became very rude, slamming utensils around and begrudgingly cut us fresh donor meat. In the past , have always been given rice with the kebab, but this time , after I asked where the rice was, I was abruptly told that he no longer served rice. In summary , the food we received was fine ( minus the rice) , but the customer service we received was awful. The owner couldn’t have been more rude or stroppy. As a resident of Ferring , I will definitely not be using this kebab shop again, and not will I be recommending it to anyone. Shocking service.

This is my local kebab shop, but I'm definitely not biased in any way, but this is the best kebab shop I've been to.The food is always great. It's fresh and always cooked to perfection. I've never had a bad experience here as the staff are always friendly and welcoming.The prices here are amazing, and you get great portion sizes.

Our Saturday favourite! been coming here for the last few years and recently have been coming almost weekly. Kababs are fantastic quality, good portion sizes, ready quickly & good value. The owner is brilliant and very friendly. Would recommend the garlic pizza bread as a side.

The chap at the cash counter was kind and helpful, and the Chefs were too. The beef Hawaiian burger was delicious. Spicy wings were a bit different style; I liked it.

Highly recommend, food was cooked to perfection we ordered a family kebab box, cheese burger meal and a double pepperoni pizza. We have a well fed and happy family.We ordered online and collected and was being packed as we arrived which was perfect timing!Salad was really fresh and the chips were actually some of the best we've had from a kebab shop.

Every single time I order from here I am very happy with my food. Everyone’s very friendly when you go in. Very easy to order off your phone quickly and foods always ready within 15 minutes. The meat is delicious and all the sides are lovely also. Would always recommend !
