From the outside the shop looks clean and quite inviting. İnside you have a small area to walk around and then the counter and an area on the right has lots of nicely arranged attractive cakes. Some over £20 for a whole large cake and some slices for around £3.There were two staff serving and a couple of customers mid afternoon on a rainy Sunday.There were some certificates on the left of the shop.

They made a delicious personalised chocolate sponge cake for my child's birthday. It looked beautiful and tasted yum. The service was excellent. The cake was a hit with kids and adults. Amazing customer service!Ordered a cake for my nikkah. Wanted a different coloured icing (which there was no option for on the website) so I emailed them, received a response so quick followed by confirmation over the phone.Your order will be in good hands, super impressed with the outcome, definitely will be coming here again!!

Becareful of ordering from here for delivery. I ordered a cake that arrived destroyed. I rang the shop but they had no sympathy. They said contact ubereats it's their responsibility - and that they sent the cake in 'perfect condition' and the only solution is to reorder another cake at my cost. Very stressful!! When I needed a cake today. I would not order from here ever again. Very disappointed with my cake and the customer service here! Its ruined a birthday.
