Initially there was a hiccup with the delivery of my skip and as a result didn’t arrive for the weekend I planned to do the work. However, following an email to the office I received a prompt response on Monday explaining why they were unable to deliver on the skip on the previous Thursday. Arrangements were made to send out a larger skip which subsequently arrived within a couple of hours of the email. Thank you to the boss that got the issue resolved quickly. I do understand that these problems happen but was impressed with a quick resolution. Would recommend.

Whilst initially my 1st delivery was dropped off somewhere else in the neighbourhood, the quality and grade of stone was good.My only gripe would be the lack of a more specific delivery time, just “between 0800-1500hrs” given; of which my 2nd delivery was not until gone 1600hrs and where I took a whole day off work in anticipation that it may of arrived possibly earlier?

We bought an 8ft Norman Blue Christmas tree last year and it was absolutely gorgeous. Although the lot was a bit tricky to locate, we eventually found the place by following the signs placed strategically around Salisbury.We never knew Boswell sold Christmas tree so going there was a trial but in the end we were glad we did. The staff provided directions where the trees were kept. They also brought forward different sizes and shapes of the trees to enable us reach a decision. After a fussy half hour or so, we settled on an 8ft tree which the team generously delivered to our address the same day.The tree was quite fresh and remained so till Christmas.

James and the team were very helpful and had some great ideas for us on are patio slabs. And good prices as well. What more do you want.

Absolutely blown away with the service top soil delivered on time before time actually, the area I chose to place in for ease of delivery was not ideal, Ashley placed soil in easy place for me well done .

Always very helpful staff and you are dealt with in a very efficient manner. Plenty of stock to choose from and a very large yard to search around in to find your building needs. Our first choice for these supplies.
