Got a generic text then a letter saying I need an annual review of my (unamed) long term health conditions. They're changing annual reviews to patient's birthdays to make it easier for us to remember apparently. I somehow thought that was their job but apparently not. I was instructed to make an appointment and tell the receptionist what condition it is I need the appointment for. Yet I'm not sure which conditions they consider long term". So I don't even know. Nasty receptionist called jane. doctors refused to see me at all in 2020 saying Covid is too big of a risk. Had to threaten legal action if they didn’t do a blood test as I knew something wasn’t right. I had lost 50% of my blood to an internal bleed during the 8 months it took to get them to let me have a blood test. I’ve changed doctors as this place is nothing short of a joke. I should have sued them.

The doctors are really good and helpful.Not that this can be said about the receptionist, no help what so ever, rude, patronising and need to be retrained on there people skills and job roll, they are not medically trained and need to realise this when saying if they an appointment is required or not.

Very horrible go sugery. They never get anything right. For over 2 months they kept making series of mistakes over something that could take a life. Later on they said I have to start all over again by scheduling another appointment to see a doctor. Just so disappointing anf unreliable gp. With thier nonchalant attitude.

I just wanted to say that there has been a big improvement in the overall customer service at the practice. The receiptionist go out of there way to help, not sure if there has been a change round. There is still the issue of waiting on phone for appointments but overall much better. Might be an idea to have an App that you could go on & have doctor or clinician come back to you as this is somenthing that is done at another practice and seems to work.

Awful example of a Drs Surgery. Seems like they're trying to be rubbish because they certainly don’t do the ‘basics’ very well.1. Ive never felt welcome when I visit.2. Repeat prescriptions take days, weeks and countless chasing before they come through.3. Can only book an appointment by phone. NHS app doesn’t work for this surgery (but does for others in the area) so usually have to sit for over an hour to be told theres no more appointments.

Worst GP surgery I have been at. Receptionist are the rudest people I have ever come across especially Jane. They don’t care. Can never get an appointment. When you do get an appointment the care is poor and below standard. I have now resulted to paying privately for GP appointments which is ridiculous as I should be able to access the NHS!!

Impossible to book a GP appointment as they never answer the phone! They are so bad their website can no longer be found on the NHS website. Guide Bridge Medical Practice are not fit for purpose.

Extremely rude receptionist that thinks she has more medical knowledge than the doctors.Never answer the phone.Incapable of getting repeat prescriptions correct, wrong every single time.Mess up appointments and referrals constantly.Don't register here, nowhere can be as bad as here. Not doctor issues, all receptionist/admin issues.

Terrible GP surgery. I was left feeling awful for 5 weeks unable to get an appointment even though I called at 8am each day. Unhelpful receptionists. See a diff doc each time who doesn’t really listen and rushes me (with the exception of one or two in the past!)The only saving Grace for this surgery is lovely Justine the nurse who I will miss!I’ve just transferred to a new practice which gave me 100% better service on day one!!
