I was after buying a suitable chair after suffering from back pain from a muscle sprain. It was nice to go to a proper physical shop to try out few chairs and choose a suitable. The staff were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. They even offered a full refund or a exchange if the chair did not suit my needs. I would not hesitate buy from this firm, they value old fashioned customer relations and service in the days of online services. Thanks.

About just a year ago I purchased a very nice Office Chair (leather) and unfortunately the armrest material was not leather and started to loose color and the surface became horrible, in addition to that the same thing was happening at one side of the seat (but because of use). I reached out to Hearts of Maidstone and was impressed with such an excellent customer service. They immediately contacted their supplier and reported to issue, which just got fixed in little over a week. We ordered a desk and chair from Harts. The process was easy and the guidance given was very well delivered by someone that knew their stuff.We had constant updates whilst waiting for delivery and the goods were delivered promptly and as ordered.It's really nice to work with a well run family business that actually cares about the customer!

Absolutely great people to buy from. Even though the shop itself is down an offshoot, bumpy road, it's still nice to go into an office shop and be able to test the chairs. They have a wide selection for any budget and purpose.I bought a mesh ergonomic chair for a reasonable price. A month or 2 in the cylinder in it started sinking. Got in contact with them, they ordered a new part and promptly replaced my faulty one at no charge.Friendly service all the way through. Can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic purchasing experience this week.Ive suffered a recurrence of an old back injury, working long hours in a chair I bought online elsewhere last year, so wanted somewhere I could try out a more suitable chair for home working.Great service from Hart's and a good selection of chairs on offer to try out.Would definitely recommend Hart's.

Needing an office chair I could be comfortable in for long periods and having bought twice over the 'Net only to find the chairs lacking in quality, comfort or both, I came across Harts' website and visited them. It was a pleasure to find a supplier whose ethic is to be long on product knowledge, expertise and service but short on sales-oriented BS. With their considerable help I was able to find one from their extensive range that really suited and within a week it was in my office.I cannot recommend them too highly.

No indication of prices on website so took a punt and visited. Dreadful farm track approach. Furniture in the end of an agricultural barn- very dusty and tired looking. Also items very, very much more than we wanted to pay. A charming and knowledgeable man who owned the business tried to be helpful and wasn't at all pushy when we said we wanted to think things over.

Have purchased several product from Harts over the years and always received excellent advice from people who have a very good knowledge of their products. Product quality is always good and prices are competitive no matter whether you are a business or private customer, after sales service excellent, its worth the trip to their new show room.

Excellent service! We popped in as I needed a desk for home working and everywhere online had sold out. We discussed what I needed and I had time to pop home and measure up. I now have the perfect desk which was delivered the next day and installed for us. Thank you Harts
