Really good coaches and facilities. Everything is new. From doing the workout, grabbing a shower and having a coffee before work it's all first class. Very happy to be a member

Have eaten is this bistro a few times and each time has been great, but decided to have a chicken dinner today as even though its on the menu the carvery was no longer on. But the chicken dinner thats was on was like a nursing home dinner. Sliced chicken,.a scoop of potatoa sprinkle of tinned veg and swimming in gravey. Not like the usual quality we've experienced before as the food is normally gorgeous, a bit disappointed today.

Best gym in Lisburn! Super staff, super location, huge place! Totally the best gym secret in Lisburn. Good classes, but mostly a clean and enjoyable gym.
