Repeatedly disappointed. I originally left a 1star review months ago to complain about the company overcharging me for months and then asking me to amend my review because one star review was bad rep for the company. They reassured me that I was not going to be overcharged again and I would get my money paid back with a dealy. I have now been waiting for this payment for over a month which still hasn't arrived and I was overcharged again this month no matter I was supposed to get a deduction in the monthly payments.Really frustrated and lost all faith in this company. Do not recommend.Edit:I left a one star review originally and was asked to change my review as it was negatively affecting the company. I said that I would change my review as soon as I would get paid what was owed and charged the right monthly amount. This has now finally happened in December 2023, after being over charged since March 2023.

Beware.. they prey on the elderly and absolutely rinse their bank account. 3 times they’ve helped themselves to money, the invoices don’t make sense, they add on charges they claim they don’t charge, lie about responding to emails then admit they wouldn’t have emailed because you’re complaining on behalf of the customer, and aren’t the customer!! “Rounding up” charges on the invoice meaning they’re effectively adding on random pennies to suit themselves and 3 lots of VAT paid on just over a months service, which has cost over £100.Absolute scam artist scum. Protect your money and go elsewhere. Thieves

Absolutely terrible customer service. Cannot communicate properly, scam old people into services they don't need and then cut off the landlines not following migration policy leaving people without landlines for weeks .. and charge £385 for the privilege of leaving their terrible service to boot! Stay away if you know what's good for you

Extremely disappointed with this company and it’s definitely the worse one in the UK. The take extra money in your account without telling you so so you have to call them every month and the take ridiculously long to give your money back. Do not waste your time and money to sign up with this company, absolutely scammers!!

Terrible company to deal with. They provide an expensive and poor product. They set up 2 year contracts then claim to renew it 12 months later which makes it hard to leave without being charged a lot of money. Avoid giving your business to this Company. There are better, more accountable, more trustworthy, and cheaper ones around.

People please don't join. I don't normally post, please take my advise dont join. I had a contract for £26 a month. after the first month they start charging £41 for random charges such as route insurance. Try to get additional charges cancelled. 3months later still been charged. Try to terminate contact have a charge of £300. Save yourself go to a different company.

So after they tried to bill me more than double the monthly agreement, I phoned them to be confronted by a very angry woman who began shouting at me as I refused to pay what they were demanding, so I told them I want to leave, they then tried to charge me 300 pounds for the privilege so I have contacted trading standards and they advised me to on what to do, they have breached my contract so I will not be paying them anything. I then today got another call from stating they made a mistake etc, instated I still want to leave and then the woman started shouting down the phone at me again haha. I simply told her why I’ve not paid and that I will pay what ever outstanding on the 15th. She then tried to ask me about my personal finances and why I couldn’t pay today. I refused to answer her personal questions. They are now refusing to hand over the call logs so I guess I’ll see them in court hahahaDO NOT USE V4 CONSUMER THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I was a customer for a couple of years with no problems, until change to broadband recently. This has been nightmarish. Five hours of setting up by telephone, eventually internet was fine. House phone line hasn't worked except very intermittently since beginning of August. Spent another 3 hours with instructions by mobile phone the other day and now have had to give up on having a house phone. This company should send a telephone engineer, but . don't use this company no attempt to do sono offer
