Highly recommend, he’s great to work with and gives your clear achievable goals which he breaks down into smaller more manageable chunks, making the goals set a lot easier to achieve. He gives brilliant advice and is great to talk to about topics you might find hard chatting to others about. In sessions, we have covered a large range of topics allowing for improvements across a range of life aspects which are all really useful, improving general well-being and also health and fitness which was the area I wanted to focus on. Darren provides fantastic support mentality,physically as well as dietary advice. I have seen my enthusiasm to traindramatically improve as well as clear health and strength improvements.
