We have reported a problem with a noisy manhole cover to Sheffield Council who referred us to yourselves. Other than a phone call to let me know someone's from Amey had been out to photo the said cover to find our who was responsible for maintaining it nothing has happened.This has been over a month withoutany solution to this really noisy and sleep depriving problem.

Absolutely disgusting company who seem to care a lot more about money than the environment. They also seem to be more than happy to allow violence to be used on the public so that they can cut down thousands of healthy trees.

I expressed concern about the standard of tarmac following the laying if a new gas main. There was evidence of crazing in areas adjacent to the tarmac over the trench. I had a timely response from Russ who was walking the work carried out. He was very sympathetic and said he would monitor wear over the next three years.

I rang and nobody answered.!! All I wanted to know was when our proposed disabled bay would be painted.!! Not impressed at all! My wife and I are both classed as disabled.

The tree abuse is bad enough .its shocking PR but also the works they are carrying out to the roads of horrendous .They are inconsiderate workers doing a poor job .resurfaced the pavement outside my house today and it's not set properly and ruined my shoes. Why wasn't the pavement closed off?

Despite their often bad rep, I have found them to be good. They address any concerns you have and try to resolve them. Minus 1 star for how long it takes them to pick up their signs and cones after the job is finished, sometimes months

IV HAD A FALL ON A PUBLIC FOOTPATHI TOOK VIDEO EVIDENCE FROM 2017 - 2019IM A PROFESSIONAL BOXER & THE HOLE IN THE FLOOR WAS NEXT TO A PRIMARY SCHOOL IN SHEFFIELD.THIS HAS RUINED MY CAREER AND NOW THERE HAVE DENIED LIABILITY WHICH I HAVE ALL DATES ON THE VIDEOS WHAT WAS TAKEN FROM 2017 TO 2019 AND NOW THIS IS GOING TO COURT.... I CANT WAIT TO SEE THESE GUYS IN COURT
