Purple frog served as an interface with another letting agency which I was directly dealing with when I was moving flats, and they were really helpful. Amanpreet who is a staff at Purple frog helped me sort out the keys to this new flat and she made sure I was settled in the flat before she left.

Absolutely horrendous experience. The service was slow and sluggish. Have been trying to get my key since a week now still haven't got them. Even though I completed the process, they fail to do their part on time but you still might have to pay the rent even because of their incompetence. I would recommend you to try other agencies who are quicker and more professional than purple frog.

Purple frog was amazing to use, especially as an international student. They had a range of properties to fit different budgets. I was lucky enough to find my uni accommodations through them.The viewing was my favourite part of the experience. I have to mention Lloyd from purple frog was amazing, he showed me all my options and actually explained to me the process of renting.Just to top it all of he actually took the time to show me the area I would be living in and had a keen knowledge of how i'd get around.Definitely worth the choice. If you use their services I recommend ask for Lloyd!

I had my viewing with Michael which went amazingly he was open about the properties and answered all the questions I had and was very polite and talkative, I was then transferred to Abder who was helping me set things up with the landlord and my tenancy and again answered all my questions and was patient and informative I appreciated both of them they've both been incredibly helpful

I was glad to have done viewings today with Purple Frog this weekend. I was able to see a few house shares in mind for this September. I’m glad I was able to have gone with Lloyd who was able to fit me in for viewings despite a short notice!

The agent (Lloyd) who took me to the house was really helpful. The house I wanted to view was being renovated but he was nice enough to take me to two other houses that were in line with my preferences and view them.He answered my questions and concerns well and was overall very informative

Purple Frog has a lot of good accommodation options for students and their staff is great too.Amanpreet, one of their staff members, was the one who showed me properties. She is really humble, sweet and knows her way around this job. Kudos !
