Chris installed a new boiler for me having identified the faulty leak on my old boiler. He was able to give me a date for replacement within 3 working days. He arrived punctually, and carried out the process thoroughly and efficiently, with clear explanations to any queries that I had. ASHP service,good communication including text to remind me of arrival. Arrived in allocated time slot, Chris worked methodically and tidily and was able to answer all my questions re ASHP service. All completed to my satisfaction. Will be using Uberheats again.

What a brilliant firm!! Had a failed heating system (Air Source Heat Pumps) and found Chris on line. His web site allowed the booking of a visit with up front details of likely costs. There was only one day between contact and visit and the response to my initial text re the problem was immediate, really reassuring. Extremely fair pricing with no outlandish prices for spare parts. Text sent out to say Chris on his way and you can also follow his arrival on your phone. In this day and age real service!

Within 5 minutes of posting my job on Check a trade, Uber Heats responded and arranged for a gas safe plumber to come out the next morning to annual service my boiler. I also needed a radiator replacing and I was very happy with the prices quoted. Radiator now installed this morning. Chris arrived on time and quickly and efficiently removed my old radiator and installed the new one. he also checked that it was working well before leaving. no mess made or left. Thank you.
