A terrible company! Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any goods provided by a trader to a consumer should be of satisfactory quality, which means they should be free from fault, last a reasonable amount of time, do what they’re designed to do and be safe.F Hinds sell poor quality products that are not fit for purpose! How many rings do you send back for repair twice in six months?The shop staff say, policy is not to provide refunds....but the consumer rights act is clear about poor quality goods.The customer service is terrible. They hide away at head office, communicating only by email or post.Even the shop manager thought the goods were not fit for purpose because he offered an alternative design. But why would we choose an alternative design after being treated so badly?A modern day Ratners!After a year of back and forth, had to resort to the threat of court action and prepare the court documents against Hinds and the credit card company (who were jointly liable). Only this got me a full refund from Hinds. Disgraceful customer service.

I had an amazing experience recently at the Norwich store. The lovely store assistant Wendy is absolutely brilliant, she went over and beyond her role to help me with a lot of broken jewellery I wanted to have repaired. Wendy has great knowledge and is so approachable, we had met previously when I purchased a ring from the store, it was like being greeted by an old friend which was lovely. F Hinds has been my favourite jewellers for many years, I would definitely return to the Norwich shop time and again. Thanks so much Wendy for all your help!

This store is utterly unethical, driven solely by profit. Despite the store manager's repeated assurances of a size exchange policy, when we arrived to pick up our order, the staff handed over the item without any protective packaging, forcing us to leave wearing a newly purchased ring. When we attempted to exchange it the next day for a different size, we were denied due to having worn the ring briefly. The manager, discourteous and unprofessional, refused to take any action. The store lacks surveillance cameras, making it impossible to clarify the situation. This has been my worst encounter with a deceitful and untrustworthy establishment, offering abysmal service with a rude manager.Furthermore, the ring I purchased claimed to be made of titanium, yet it displayed scratches within less than 24 hours of wearing. Is the product of subpar quality or was I sold a second-hand item? Either possibility proves this store to be untrustworthy. To think the manager resorts to tricks over a mere £60 accessory underscores the alarming state of this establishment. I strongly advise anyone against stepping foot inside, to avoid unnecessary hassles and warranty issues.

The assistant was very helpful and also very patient. I had 2 gift cards to spend and I wasn't sure of the value on the specific cards. She carried out the transaction faultlessly. Will happily use the store again
