I don’t normally rate anything but in this instance I really wanted to because I was really impressed with all aspects of my experience with Cur8.Such a friendly team which felt genuine and were super helpful. Fabulous location and really clean and tidy .I will undoubtedly use Cur8 again for work trips.thank you !

We stayed at Queens Gate Mews. There were some things that made our stay less than perfect. The first being that the house smelled like cigarettes. I complained right away on our arrival on 11/30, but nothing was done about it. I also complained about not being able to get on the roof with the firepit as advertised and was told that, we have been informed that the roof is inaccessible for now. We are organizing an engineer to fix it." It would have been much better if I was told this before booking

Recently stayed in Queens Gate Mews and it was great. Wonderful location and the small issue we had during check in was immediately dealt with. Very professional team and will definitely book with them again! Especially Rachel was very helpful - going above and beyond!
