Brilliant as ever. Liam is a great teacher and super supportive.

I went to propole fitness at the beginning of January this year. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I left feeling quite empowered and extremely pleased with myself for being able to do even the most basic moves. My instructor Liam is awesome, being very attentive to my level of fitness and restrictions. I would definitely recommend coming and trying out his classes. I don't think I laughed so much in ages, mostly because I ended up in a heap with my legs all tangled up. Definitely come and have a go, you never know - you may just fly with Liam and Pole.

The teaching is stellar, with a wide variety of classes and workshops offered! Perfect for all levels!

I have stared attending pole fitness lessons last year in January, loved it so much that I have only every missed 5 lessons in the whole year. I have been in both Coventry and Southam venue. The classes aren't too crowded and when there is more people then usual Liam always makes sure that everyone had a fair go on the pole. He motives in a way that even if you think you cannot do a pose, you will complete it feeling super proud of yourself. I would recommend propole fitness to anyone! I have tried a different class in a different venue, and still stuck to propole as it is just a lot better. Every lesson is different and it is never boring. All the people that I have met in the classes have been nothing but welcoming and lovely. In the past I have never done any sport or sport such a long time , but because of the way the lessons are taught I know that I will be attending Liam's classes as long as it will be possible. Have nothing but good things to say.

Regular classes and an open and friendly environment. Should be more popular than it is!! I wholeheartedly recommend this studio - it has the best pole instructor in the Midlands.

The teacher Liam always knows how to cater the class to you no matter the level, and always keeps it interesting. Every lesson he somehow manages to teach something I have never seen before.

I thought I'd try something different to get fit. Friendly instructor, and welcoming students.

Liam is a great teacher! I've been doing pole for a few years and Liam always manages to find something new and interesting to try in lessons. I've also brought friends who have never done pole to his classes and he's always able to adapt moves to their level. Would highly recommend!
