I must say this place really good but somethings so bed about this is team leader and manager lots of people work here and do very best they can I see it with my own eye. 78% customers has problem and very angry over the phone even after putting so much effort into giving them high quality customer service help and advice they need some problems cannot be fix .. which customer want to speak to team leader or manager but they afraid to speak to customer and avoid angry customer in fact they tell us to deal what a shameful team leader. If you done something wrong or say something incorrect Team leader will spy over and over sometimes days or week and listen to very call they will stress you more then customer such a unprofessional management real even army will not stress you out them much or give you headaches..! If boss walked in and out he will say hi or smile and give you respect but this Team leader will do nothing same in return no respect the floor is like prison you can’t do this can’t that you can’t say this floor manager walked over like park listen to music on their desk Chatting laugh loud and any staff does this we get written up.. this shameful team need to change please look into this and support very staff with positive attitude and good vibes around they work very hard taking pressure of 70 call a day or more sometimes head pain so Badly, over computer screen more..

The agencies employing staff here are unscrupulous and the contact centre itself is equally as bad of a place to work and how they are not breaking any employment laws is beyond me. They treat staff with zero respect, dangle a carrot in front of people promising the possibility of a permanent contract when in reality it will never come. People slog their guts out adhering to petty rules such as 7 minutes allowed per shift for toilet breaks, team leaders (if you can call them that) that are jumped up kids. 10 hour shifts and plenty of overtime on offer that never gets paid properly by the inept agencies so don’t bother doing it. The moment the latest intake of victims are out of training they immediately start to pick the ‘weaker’ staff off one by one looking for reasons to fire you (daring to have a day off sick is the main reason!) because they know full well that in 12 weeks nobody will still be standing from the latest intake anyway. They basically hire to get through peak times, work you like (and treat you like) a dog to get what they can and then fire you. Avoid if you genuinely want secure employment because they aren’t interested in attracting proper decent staff for proper jobs, it’s just a production line for temporary workers. Avoid if you want to keep your sanity and health! Look for a proper job and don’t waste your time here for 3 months - cos that’s all it will be no matter how hard you graft!

Had an interview here which was a poor experience - Made to wait in the staff canteen until they were ready to see me. I then had to fill in an application form with another person sat right next to me. Where on earth is the data protection here???I then had an 'interview' where I was asked a couple of questions checking my knowledge of the company and what programs they had running, and then got told they would be in touch in a day to let me know if they had any vacancies in a suitable role for me.I had to wait over a week for an email telling me thanks but no thanks.NOT very professional in my opinion, and I got a better job offer from someone else not long afterwards

Nice enough people who work here but no one is ever truly 'trained' in this place it's all learning on the job (including management) because no-one ever seems to have the time to help. so no one really ever knows what is going on or why they are doing it you just have to say yes sir no sir 3 bags full sir.Pay is minimum wage even when your job description changes and your doing extra work e.g. bank trainers don't get a pay increase but ALOT more responsibility including looking after grad bays and even training new staff during the busy ramp periods over Xmas etc. (I never was a bank trainers but had a few people come crying to me during this period because of the stress their roles put on them, and then after ramp they are just put back on the phones again like they never did any of that hard work)Team leaders get more money but not much more really for the s***e you have to put up with, and to be a scape goat when it's needed.No real HR department team leaders need to do all the HR type jobs e.g. return to works, lateness discussions, but then you have to do disciplinaries and investigations and such, with your own teams that you are supposed to be working with to coach and motivate everyday but that can be hard when you've had to bollock them for one thing one minute then be nicer nice with them the next it's hard to build a good relationship up with some staff when you have to do that (although I do think I was alright at that part).Otherwise there are some lovely people who work there and anyone who has a we're all in the s**t together attitude are very supportive.My Operations managers where lovely people Debbie and Albert (although he gets a bad rep from some people) actually where very supportive and very approachable.I learned a lot and got a lot of experience and don't regret my time there at all met a load of really nice people gained some valuable experience I had a plan to go there for 2 years be a to within a year get a years experience and then leav. I did that I was there 2 years exactly! But I wouldn't go back if I could help it.

They’ll employ ‘anyone’ as they are paid per bum on seat. Lots could be done to improve the place but it seems to get halted at senior level.Team leaders get paid a tiny bit extra then their team, in fact 5 hours overtime and you are earning more than your team leader.Rules are constantly broken, you’ll go far if you side with the right people (to the detriment of everyone else).Long term, loyal staff get treated just as badly.A lot of the staff are on drugs, sometimes selling drugs. Customers get lied to but no one really cares as long as you pick up the phone,Honestly, nearly the whole of Birkenhead have tried working there and have left.The bosses are minted and they take advantage of the desperation of the local community, yet they disguise this as ‘helping’ the community by providing jobs.Pretty sick really.Life on universal Credit is scary... but is still a better option than letting this poorly run unethical business sweet talk you into their special brand of exploitation.

Nothing much for visitors here. As an employer however the company is not great. You can work on many different 'campaigns' and inside you will find staffed the customer service help lines for argos and plusnet mobile. Working here you work for 9 hour days at the minimum rate over unsociable hours that include weekends (anywhere from 7.30am - 10pm everyday)

Would not recommend working here to anyone. Culture is hostile, management style Autocratic and no work life balance. Taylorism carrot and stick style philosophy to staffing, however only use the stick.

Only reason i give 2 star is the workers are lovely kitchen managers are absolutley horrendous get you to lie an if ya dont you are gone or dragged in office over staffed in kitchen but still tell you to look busy when high up managers are around. Also managers of the kitchen a bunch of back stabbers freindly to workers faces but slag them off in the corner of the kitchen by the fryer afterwards love throwing there authoritie around and also tell you its best not to speak to high up managers who run the business. Powertrip of a boss this is a review for the canteen only. Everythin else i seen in here is great and lovely people just 2 bad eggs
