Really good experience from start to finish. Clear and transparent initial conversation with Gary re need for new boiler. Included option for 0% finance over 10 months with an outside company Kanda he works with. Installation booked in, and Josh and Will worked efficiently to a high standard with Gary monitoring in background. Everything kept clean and orderly with dust sheets etc and I was kept informed about the progress of the work. Very happy with the new Baxi boiler and with the installation process. Going forward will now use GN Heating for other plumbing needs. Great to have a reliable, trustworthy local plumber in Worthing.

When my boiler stopped working suddenly I sent a message to GN Heating - Gary was in touch in no time and was able to book me an appointment in no time. He became available a bit earlier than anticipated so called me to check if I would like an earlier appointment which I gladly accepted. Gary arrived and after inspecting the boiler explained everything he would be doing and was clear about his pricing which is very reasonable. The boiler is working great - Thanks for your help! Highly recommended!

I've just had an issue with my boiler sorted for the cost of a call out fee, £60 plus vat. The guy Gary was here within 2 hours of calling and sorted the issue swiftly without costing me the earth. Would highly recommend.

Having moved into a property with an older boiler in a hard to access corner of my bungalow loft, it is a relief to have a professional local business on hand to service and fix my boiler.
