This is long overdue, I have had trouble with my teeth all my life. I have never met a Dr as knowledgably and with a fantastic bedside manner as Dr Raja. If I could give him a ten star review I would. Keep doing what you are doing, we do notice!

As a fairly nervous patient, I was very much put at ease by Dr Raja. On a previous appointment he had asked me to provide and food diary and on this appointment went through it with me and recommended changes I could make to improve the health of my teeth. during my treatments he kept me updated with what he was doing and told me I could take a break if I needed to. Still can’t say that the dentist is my favourite appointment but the treatment and care from Dr Raja certainly doesn’t make it a fearful one anymore.

Very rude staff. Im stood at the door asking when my appointment is and the receptionist TOLD me to call and ask! She must have been 3 steps from her computer. I had to call in as id rung repeatedly and the phone just rang off. She insisted that i must have rung the wrong number as their answer phone is on full time. I beg to differ..EDIT. October 2023. Great and attentive dentist. Polite and helpful receptionists. Much better.

Like many others, I do not look forward to going to the dentist. Leading up to my hygiene appointment, I was anxious due to anticipating the usual pain and discomfort that comes with it. However, Akshay was really gentle (but still got the job done) and to my surprise the appointment didn't hurt at all! This was a first for me and I'm really pleased about it. Thank you!

I recently had cause to make an appointment at UHP Dental Care in Kempston. On arrival I was welcomed by the receptionist and directed to the surgery upstairs. I found the interior clean and welcoming. Called in to be attended to by the dental practitioner and her assistant, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliest atmosphere that I have ever encountered in a dental surgery in my 86 years, I am wholeheartedly recommending the professionalism , guidance and advice given and the pleasant manner in which it was given. Thankyou to the whole team at UHP

The practice is great from the reception staff, dentist and hygienist. I’ve been going for many years now and I am a nervous patient.I recently visited the hygienist and I can’t thank Carol and her nurse Anika enough.The advice given was great and the clean was performed with care and thoughtfulness for me and my nerves.Thank you to all the team

I've been a patient here for some years now and given the current climate, that's no mean feat!The reception staff are always very welcoming, particularly Jeanette and Kemi, who is so bubbly and friendly, you're immediately put at ease! Given this is a dental practice, that's a great starting - point.The dentists, in particular Kalika and dental nurses, Chloe and Abbie, are similar in demeanour, while being professional, thoughtful and caring.I've never had any issues with the practice and would highly recommend it, NHS or Private. A big thanks to receptionists Jay and Kemi for outstanding and caring service for enabling me to see a dentist on the same day for emergency dental care. The dentist Antionietta and nurse Sal showed me such care and professional attention when I was in such discomfort. Would highly recommend this dental practice.
