Chantry Post Office & Gifts Store

Needed to send a ring back to the US for a repair. I asked 3 TIMES if the form they gave me was correct because it needed to state it was a repair and the form they gave me had no where to put this. They said yes but now I'm being charged import tax again all because the stupid woman didn't know how to do her job. I never leave harsh complaints like this but because they don't know what they're talking about, I'm now out of pocket by nearly £200. Avoid this post office at all costs.

Went in today to tax and apply for a logbook for a car and the chap behind the counter could not have been more helpful.. unbelievable ethic and did all he could to solve the issue I had that couldn’t be done on-line... thank you so much Chantry Post Office as he could’ve said, can’t be done here, write to DVLA and I would have been happy with that but he refused to give in and sorted everything... first class A+

Would like to thank the Manager Steve Jordan for all his help with the filling in off my sister's passport application which had been a bit of a headache for one reason or another.Its my family's local post office and in all the years that we have been going there,we have always found him and the staff to be very friendly and helpful.The shop also has great selection of cards and gifts too.

Decent, prompt service. The gentleman working at the counter is particularly knowledgeable and very polite mannered and helpful. Pleasure using this post office.

Avoid. Items get lost. Rudest man ever spoken to with zero customer service skills. If I could leave zero stars I would. Be prepared to be shouted at and patronised if you have a query

Brilliant post office, I take my parcels there daily for my businesses. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Not rude in the slightest. ❤️
