Called in here with hubby for snack and cuppa on our journey. The staff member was not customer friendly or looked like he enjoyed his job. I had a cheese and onion bake which was cold and the cup of tea was tasteless. We definitely won't be calling again.

You can't knock Greg's products or value for money. What we bought was both, but the location left a lot to be desired. Bland, and barren. Although what can you expext from a small services off the A1. So, 5 star value and food, but 1 star location.

I was their only customer. You’d think they’d be pleased to see me. But the staff - young guy and older lady - just kept up a conversation with each other and never spoke to me once after “Hi”. Nice coffee though…First time I’ve been in a Greggs. Won’t rush back.

Trainee lady messed up 3 orders in a row, charged more then its actual price. Its okay to make mistakes whilst on training but she shouldn’t be left alone on the floor

Lovely cappuccino... about £1 cheaper than Costa... Cannot complain at all.Really quick service, quick as a flash. Would recommend. Right next to the outdoor seating too.

Very dissapointed as bought a breakfast roll deal that should come with a coffee. Asked if I would like egg. Which I would have assumed goes hand in hand with a breakfast without question. When food arrived there was no coffee. Apparently I forfeited my coffee for the egg. So really it was a sausage and bacon roll. Very badly advertised in this case and the lady serving was very abrupt as if I was stupid for assuming an egg belongs on a breakfast. Will avoid these services in the future.

Ordered 2 too good to go bags. Not a great selection of food, cookies and baguette. Had to go in to get some sausage rolls which were stone cold and store was about to close so don't know why there weren't any in the bags. Food should always be warm if paying full price but you either have to wait 10 mins or it's cold. Customer service isn't great either.
