tried to support a local independent business, very unhelpful. You have to order via website as they closed their trade counter, which is not a problem, but the order takes 15-20mins to arrive, slowfix to fastfix!No wonder the likes of Amazon, screwfix and toolstation are growing, the guy I spoke with basically told me to jog on to screwfix which I did and where I spent £588, placed the order collected right away..... sad as I came from north Bristol, I didn't know why I bothered.

Came on a Sunday first thing, I recently had a toilet blockage and called a local plumbing company that said they cleared blockages, the engineer arrived with a mop in a rubble bag and cleared the blockage which returned 45 days later - Called Fastfix who arrived Camera, Jet wash and had all the proper gear for blockage removalCleared the blockage, the engineer was not only pleasant but very helpful and informative, an extremely professional and affordable service, Thank you so much!

I made an error on my order, great service in getting this sorted and taking back incorrect item and processing refund promtly, so I could go ahead and order the correct one.

I logged a query regarding a delayed delivery. Nick phoned me back the next day and explained the delay, turns out there wasn't really any delay, I'd just misinterpreted it.Used my EN4950 for about 5 hours trimming my conifers today. Cuts much cleaner and easier than my old corded one, fingers crossed it'll last well.

Superb service, great email comms and fast delivery! I ordered a Makita Makpac case and inlay yesterday which was delivered today all at a highly competitive price.

Ordered for my brother a makita router it arrived when they said it would. It was well packaged with named banding around it so it tamper proof. They also had the best price on the internet. Other companies wouldn’t match their prices.

Spoke to them on the phone, said no problem collecting. Drive 3 hours, to be told it has to be done on the Internet!!! Thanks

My boiler broke unexpectedly last week and the letting agent organised for FastFix to come. Was told they should show between 9-12 but no one showed, no update or info offered. Waited all morning for nothing. Had to chase the company myself in the late afternoon and wow, what a disaster - although the first woman I spoke to was lovely and genuinely wanted to help, it stopped there - Was put through to a Paul and seemed like I was a complete annoyance to him. No apology, no customer service ability, told me that actually the guy was outside my house as we spoke when I wasn’t home. Before rushing I asked him to double check he was 100% there and call me back. 2 mins later “He’s not there now and it’s too late, he can’t go back”. Don’t understand how a company can be run so poorly. He had 0 sympathy and came across very rude and did not care that we were away for the next week and needed it fixed ASAP. When asked for a complaint email, he said the only one they had was his own personal email. Funny how that is the case.The lack of respect or care this company has for your time, energy or feelings, i would 100% suggest going with someone else. Specially if you’re in trouble or even a young woman in distress, give you the run around for their own entertainment. Disappointed I have to give a minimum 1 star.

SCAM!!!I had placed an order for £180 on Tuesday afternoon. I had also requested next day before 12pm deliver which costs £12.95. This payment was accepted, however because the delivery address was my work address they refused to send it until they had spoken to me. They left me an email at 17.45 stating this and I had replied around 6pm to which got no reply. I then had to phone them again the next day which wasn't until after 3pm as I was working and they then they confirmed they would send it out Wednesday night for me to receive Thursday. However, still no delivery today! So I had phoned again after work to query this and I had told them I was not paying for next day delivery as this was not the service I had offered.Very rude person on the phone threatening to cancel my order completely just because I was not going to pay for a service I didn't receive! I have now cancelled my order and will definitely not be ordering again.I asked to complain and he said he was the highest person! Absolute joke of a company if that's the man running it.If you fancy paying out the money and waiting 3-5 days to be refunded after not receiving it then go ahead.

Fantastic overall experience through their eBay page and over the phone. Purchased a makita mitre saw package at a great price and they went above and beyond with the after sales service.Will absolutely be using them again for my future tool purchases. Next day delivery service with fantastic communication. Thanks again
