Gutted is an understatement.used to be my fave place but the past couple of times including tonight have been so bad, the fish was over cooked to the point my kids even said it tasted burnt and one of the members of staff was very ignorant

I called in with my sister. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were polite and friendly. We had chips, cod and peas. The chips were soft, the batter on the fish was thin and crispy, well cooked. The peas were perfect. I'll be making a 7 mile drive in future from manor park to eat from here in future

Is Tony’s chippy under new ownership? .Fish was pre cooked I believe on my previous visits the fish was cooked to order . Also no option of a large fish anymore?

Miserable staff.A smile and hello costs nothing.Even owner looked as miserable as sin.Sorry my custom is an inconvenience.Also no beans ! How long does it take to open a can ?I'll go elsewhere in futureVERY PRICEY too. Rip off

I've never been here before, despite walking past for years, but it being cash only has meant that its been on the I must remember to get cash out and go there". Finally did today and the food was delicious! I got 2 x fish and a large chips and that was more than enough for 2 of us. The staff were friendly and efficient. I'll definitely come back"
