The owner Chris made us a great cake for a family celebration. It not only looked brilliant, but tasted great as well and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. We wouldn't go anywhere else for a cake to be made.

Small place which suited us fine.Went with a friend for tea. Food was lovely, plenty of it. Sandwiches were fresh, cakes good, ended up taking scones with jam and cream home as full. Service was great, constantly checking our tea was hot and fresh. Owner an amazing guy. Will definitely be going again. Would recommend you try it. Good price as well.Thanks

Had the most delightful tea for my Aunties 90th Birthday . We were a party of 6 and a small dog. Nothing was too much trouble and the owner Chris was very attentive. The sandwiches and quiche were delightful and the assortment of cakes were delicious. We had a wonderful time and will most definitely recommend a visit to this little gem.

Barnett's, a little piece of bliss -So far I have tried their coffee, cake and breakfast.Better coffee than Nero; Best Cake and breakfast in Loughborough and beyond.Yes, it's really that good !

Wonderful café with wonderful owner.Food is all delicious and coffee is great.Always made so welcome when visiting which is particularly important as my mobility has decreased recently. Staff help me with opening door and finding seat. Makes me feel good as I walk in which is the secret to customer care.It really is the best café in Loughborough so do visit if you haven't found it yet.A gem and on my doorstep so perfect.You are not allowed to retire Chris!Anne Harding

My friend and I were looking for somewhere to have afternoon tea. We booked the day before.Everything was ready for us when we arrived. Fresh flowers on the table, it looked lovely.The food was lovely and lots of it. What we couldn't eat we brought home in a couple of boxes.A large pot of hot tea.The service was good.We look forward to going again.

Lovely afternoon tea here. Fresh sandwiches with very soft bread and a lovely selection of cakes. Very friendly staff. Will be returning to try one of the jacket potatoes I had my eye on!
