Despite being close to the motorway it was quiet. Room was clean and tidy.. Unfortunately there was a 2 hr.power cut so can't comment on wi-fi performance.

Stopped off on our travels down to Southampton from Yorkshire, very convenient location to sleep over in order to reach the docks for a cruise ship out of Southampton. Rooms clean and we heard no noise despite it being on a services.

The staff were absolutely lovely. We got there with no reservations and they got us rooms almost next to each other.However, the rooms are very dated and the facility are are poor. Really need more plug sockets, it had two, the telly was one and the kettle had the other.Some of the rails and including the toilet and flusher were loose. Sadly because of the loose loo there was a strong smell of stale urine in there. They need to invest in a handyman and some bleach.

Friendly staff, helpful, rooms were clean. I had a nice experience staying overnight . Free parking, next door to petrol station, McDonald nearby plus access to motorway

Considering this is at a services,cheap and I had seen negative reviews but still stayed I would highly recommend staying here, I would stay again myself. Was very quiet, comfortable with plenty of tea and coffee provided. I needed more milk and toilet roll and was provided with that. For food you can visit the services, I do not rate the McDonald's or Costa which I have given bad reviews on here.

I've stayed here lots of times while working in the area.The staff are always welcoming esp receptionist Amy she can't do enough for you very nice lady.Not much at the services food wise unless you like McDonald's but there is a pub in the village of Sutton scotney a short walk away that serves food.
