It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had!!! They don't do paper receipts, and the electronic one was not sent to my email. Then, when I tried to call the number listed, I got the customer service in the Philippines eventhou I rang for the UK. NO HELP AT ALL, USELESS!!

Absolutely disgusted with the service by one of the staff members in here. Approached him for some assistance. He didn't acknowledge me saying hello nor did he make any eye-contact, continued with racking his clothes as he pointed to another part of the store to answer my question. He thought he was God-send and how dare he talk down at someone in the tone and manner that he did. Appalled is an understatement and needless to say I left the store and I will not be returning, ever! Mr A

IntimerdatingThe staff try there best to make you feel really uncomfortable, by pretending they are tidying up a section of the store. In this case the section by the ground floor fitting rooms. Where a staff member kept tidying the same area over and over again, like she was told to watch me and my friend. The staff memberkept getting closer and closer to us, making us feel uncomfortable and not welcomed in the store

Was here with my partner.She found the cycling shorts she wanted, tried them on, and bought them.She did say they were more expensive than she thought they would be.

I love to shop around here to fill in my basket with clothes of best quality it isn't the expensive brand of clothing but best for the quality of clothes and life of a cloth remains good even after many washes. Amazing variety for the season is out and the cleanliness and shop floor is tidy as it should be. With staff on hand for support was very helpful and have a lift to get baby to shop upstairs easily.

Good store, I visited this one because the one in Wigan closed down. Will be coming here more.
