I went there the other day with a shoe that needed some small repair, I didn't have cash on me and mentioned that, the owner immediately said that since I was so honest about it he'll do the repair for free!! What a nice gesture! And it was fixed in no time and very professionally, thank you so much sir!! Much appreciated and I can recommend this shop wholeheartedly !!So, I took my walking boots there for new soles, my beloved Lowa boots and got them back today...the moment you put them on you KNOW the job is done with love... perfect feel mate, thanks for a terrific job !!! They will last year's !

I enquired about it at Leather & Lace regarding the repair of a wallet. I was informed that it would not be worth repairing which I very much appreciated the honestly of which the owner was very apologetic about. The gentleman kindly agreed to polish up the wallet up FREE OF CHARGE as he didn’t want me to be left without a service from him. Excellent & professional customer service! Would highly recommend. Other services at a very reasonable price.

I moved to the area in 1985 and this shop has remained the same up until now!! Even with the revamp of Tooting Broadway market!! :)I popped to leather and lace last week to see if I could repair my boots and what I really like about the owner is that he is always so friendly and honest. He always has time to conversate with his customers (great customer service). The shoe repair shop near Tooting Broadway need to take a page out of leather & lace 's book with a more friendly customer service. Also thank you for the kind gesture and offering to repair my boots free of charge :)Will definitely recommend and continue to go there in the future.

I needed the zip if my handbag repaired, which he fixed for me free of charge,, as he sees a lot of this rype of problem. Customer service is great. I also needed a pair of boots reheeled which he did about 2 x months ago, workmanship is fantastic, really neat and tidy, so many thanks.

Excellent customer service. Needed a zip fixed on a suitcase, after many others had said it wasn't possible. Left it with them for a couple days and got it back fixed. Didn't even charge me. Service is brilliant!

Omg…All I am saying the customer service I received from this shop was 10 out of 10. What a absolute pleasure. If you need a key cut, shoe repair and more then this is your place!There isn’t a store I have come across which charges £20 for a key cut, majority of the stores I have gone to charge over £30 - (it’s security dead lock key which I needed cutting)I wish I got his name but I never…regardless his customer service was off the rail.Thank you so much, you will definitely see me again.
