Sure Steps Children's Physiotherapy

I cannot thank Alice enough for the work she did with my youngest son. From birth he had Tortticollos and it became very noticeable at around 3 months. I contacted Alice, as my father who is a physio himself, recommended I speak with a child specialist.It was the best thing I did, and from the very beginning she put my mind at ease and together we worked through stretches and exercises to improve the muscles in his neck.Within a very short amount of time you could see improvements and I'm happy to say now that he has no issues at all.

So happy with our appointment, thorough check of our baby and so much reassurance given, absolutely worth it if you have any worries.

I cannot recommend Lyndsey and Alice enough. For each physio session with my son they are dedicated to getting the maximum benefit from the time and always leave updates and tips for us parents too.They have helped us source equipment and liaise with the NHS Physio too. A perfect service.

Had a visit from Alice for my 8 month old baby. She gave me lots of advice and exercises to get on with. You can tell she really loves her job she’s so helpful. Would definitely recommend this company!

Sure Steps physiotherapy were absolutely fantastic with my daughter. From start to finish they were responsive and professional, whilst maintaining an accommodating, warm and friendly atmosphere. I felt that they listened carefully to my concerns and explored my daughter’s difficulties fully.My daughter was completely at ease throughout her assessment and Lyndsey from the team had such a great rapport with her. My daughter is 2 and a half and as far as she was concerned, she was having a great time doing games and little challenges. Lyndsey used this approach to conduct a thorough assessment with my daughter and ensured all of my concerns were addressed.She explained the assessment findings in a clear way and demonstrated strategies that we can easily implement at home, with written advice alongside. It was clear that she has a lot of expertise in her field. I cannot recommend the Sure Steps team highly enough!

I came to Alice when I was concerned my daughter wasn’t meeting her rolling milestone and she assessed her and gave me lots of different exercises to take away and do with her. She made me and baby feel really comfortable and the aftercare was fantastic too! My baby crawls really well now and I honestly think it’s because Alice gave me the tools and exercises to do with her that built up her body strength! Would recommend her to anybody concerned with their child’s development!

Sure steps came to see my little boy who has hypermobility and is not yet walking at 21 months. They have given me exercises and so many different ways we can help him! We have also seen an NHS physio but having this appointment was worth every penny. Alice is great with children and will only see your child if they need it, they aren’t trying to just get money out of you. I cannot recommend sure steps enough!! I feel so much better after they have seen my little boy!
