The Gym Group Manchester Old Trafford

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to visit the gym group located at Manchester old Trafford. To say that my experience was disappointing would be an understatement. This gym falls far below my expectations, and I strongly advise others to steer clear. The man reason is they keep closing without any explanation. And They give the opportunity to drive 1 hours far from where you leave to send you to another gym. That they already know is 17 miles away from your address.

Brilliant Gym. Never waiting to use equipment. Staff friendly and approachable. Will not use any other gym but this one. Thanks

Free parking. High tech equipments, plenty of space. Clean wash room and changing room facilities. Reasonable price.

Very Average Facility !Disappointed with the staff and trainers . Specially Coach Agga - she strutts around arrogantly and speaks in a very condescending manner. Very upset and will not be going back to this gym again.Do yourself a favour and find yourself another place to train

If it could give them zero I would. Parking tablet was off so I turned it on and put my car registration, few days later I receive a ticket and they gym says they cannot do anything and I have got to bear the responsibility and pay the ticket. Therefore, I decided to leave so I don’t have to worry about receiving a ticket just for staying longer at my gym. Upon emailing the gym group that I’d be leaving due to this they canceled my subscription and revoked my access to the gym even though my subscription doesn’t expire until the 3rd of August. What a disgust! Worst gym I have ever been to!

I was in town for holidays and needed a refresh and the gym to keep me going. They have the best 5 day pass deal in the area, friendly staff and good equipment. Tall ceilings are good for ventilation. Recommended.

The best decision I made was moving to this gym. Great equipment, always clean and a lovely welcoming environment. For the times I train it's always pretty quiet and I don't have to wait for equipment.The staff are always happy to help and the classes they put on are fantastic. I would like to especially mention Tom & Jeff they go above and beyond to help and are great PTs!
