Terra Therma installed our underfloor heating end of last year. Very helpful and knowledgable staff. We have never had underfloor heating before and staff are always on hand to give advice and sort out any teething problems.

Tom Green Construction have been using Terra therma for several years now for all our underfloor heating, screeding & renewable energy projects and cannot recommend them highly enough.They are a reliable and professional company with the expertise to match.

We inherited a malfunctioning heating system / air source heat pump when we moved into our house just over a year ago. The underfloor heating was always on, the radiators didn't work and the hot water system required attention every few weeks.I contacted Terra Therma as they had been called in to look at my neighbours heating system, which is identical to ours.My request was simple... I wanted a system that worked. After going through a few different options we settled on a solution.The old underfloor heating manifold was removed and replaced with a much more user friendly system. The rest of the heating systems was serviced and setup correctly.The field / service engineers and staff back at the office are all friendly and helpful.I would definitely recommend this company if you require a new heating system or if your existing system is acting up.If I had one grip, it would be that next day emergency calls cant always be accommodated. Having just completed a conversion of agricultural barn to residential, Terra Therma have been exceptional throughout the project (which otherwise had it's ups and downs), completing the underfloor heating, the Mechanical Ventilated Heat Recover system, 2 x Air Source Heat pumps along with the hot water /heating cylinders etc. The guys that come out to do the work, were always friendly, tidy & productive, and the people in the office always helpful. I'd particularly like to thank Mark for his patience and support over the project. I can't recommend them enough.

Gave excellent speedy and sensible priced underfloor heating to a 1953 property. Works stalled but company supplied control units to finish install by post quickly. Have no hesitation using Tera Therma. A super business giving professional service. Belt. Writtle. Andrew Gray.

Having searched and failed for plumbers/heating engineers to deal with a malfunctioning underfloor heating system (new build, Code 5 green house) I contacted Terra Therma. The response was immediate and can-do. The engineer who visited was exceptional - and also extremely accommodating. The problem was rapidly diagnosed and fixed and in doing so it was discovered that some thermostats had not been wired into the control system accurately (e.g. bathroom thermostat controlled a bedroom). He fixed that, too. He also provided full explanation of how the system worked and how to monitor it in future. It's very reassuring to experience this level of service, excellence and responsiveness.

I arranged the UFH by phone and e-mail. The quotation and terms of contract were sent by return of receipt of my drawings. The date for the milling of the floor was agreed by phone and carried out as planned. On the day Fred helped me move the carpets out of the way and when he had finished helped me back into the house with them. TT delevered the manifold in good time for it to be fitted up and sent the wiring centre as soon as it came back into stock. Brian was most helpful in giving advice in the early stages and suggest a budget price. TT were easy to communicate with returning calls or e-mails promptly which is most re-assuring. All in all a very good installation which I am most pleased with.

Very good at sales, but terrible customer service. After a number of issues installing an underfloor heating product, and many chasing calls made to Terra Therma, I have been charged for multiple call outs which have all resulted in a system that doesn't work properly. In frustration I contacted another company who have informed me that the electronic control unit was unsuitable. Another £1,000 later, we finally have a heating system that works. Terra Therma have been unhelpful, at best.

I used Terra Therma to install my underfloor heating in a new extension. I found them to be a fantastic group of people to work with. They attended my house and went through the plans in detail so I was happy with the investment I was making. I was concerned when it came to installation as I was concerned about the mess and possible damage that would be caused after I had already decorated. The guy who came round was professional and spoke at length with me to understand what I wanted and my concerns. He then completed the installation with care and caused no damage and was very neat. The main reason I am doing the review is that I have had to contact them since the installation to assist with the getting the system up and running. The aftercare has been first class. I have had an engineer help me and even gave great advice around making sure the new screed was warmed up correctly to avoid tile damage. would have no issue recommending them particularly due to the personal service offered

TerraTherma installed a great underfloor heating system in our house; then made it simple to use/manage (via Heatmiser Neo); and have an excellent backup team in Little Totham who keep it all running smoothly. Their recent service call fine-tuned everything perfectly - so we're all set for the winter.
