Friendly service. A few teething issues with the card machine because they had only just opened and we were the first ever customers. There is a cash point just outside Morrison's so it wasn't an issue

Tom at the desk dealt with my two transactions promptly and in a very friendly manner and had the courtesy to call me the day before when I'd arranged to call in as the branch had to close without warning.
