The staff was very nice and the haircut was okay but the length was not even on some parts. I think it's a bit expensive for this quality

If you want an engaging experience with staff that have mastered their craft, Hiro Miyoshi is the place to go. Marta did a superb job of listening to what we wanted and executed it with effortlessly. Aside from a wonderful haircut, she also gave me the blow dry of dreams, which sadly didn’t last too long, thanks to the English weather.This place is blessed with Audrey Hepburn’s presence.

I’m grateful to Tsuyoshi’s help. They fitted me in last minute and helped me to find a parking space as well. Most importantly, Tsuyoshi is very knowledgeable and trustworthy, he’s also direct with his advice which is highly appreciated! My hair looks 10 times better after his help! Thank you and will definitely see you again!

My mother and I had a haircut with Tsuyoshi and we were both very satisfied. He did a fantastic job in creating volume and a good shape, taking into account the direction of hair growth, etc. We will definitely want to come back the next time that we’re in London.

The price is not equivalent to the quality the blow dry didn’t last after 2 hours of leaving .Also make sure to ask of the price even if they persist on add ons like hair mask , hair tone .. etc because they say it to every customer even if the hair is perfect as it is . I agreed on toning my hair with them summer 22 it ruined my hair that my hair colorist was really mad about still recovering the result . The blow dry though was good last year . So I returned back and made sure to avoid any add ons and they will try there best to convince you . I agreed on trimming and the price went from 88£ to 275£ . They told me this when I was paying I left even though I was disappointed with the price increases but I thought it’s my fault for not asking . What’s disappointing is the quality of the work is not even worth 50£ .

I wish I could give this salon ten stars! Service level superb. Last week as I walked passed the store front, I noticed that the clientele leaving the salon looked amazing. I had an hour to kill before meeting a friend, so I popped in and asked if I could spontaneously get a walk in appointment for a manicure. They were very courteous and took me in on the spot. During my nail session I observed the staff meticulously attend each client. For one, it was one of the best manicures I’ve had in a while. A few days later I decided to book a cut and blow dry with Hiro. It was a very good decision. It’s been three years since my last hair cut, I desperately needed to clean up the ends. Hiro knew just what to do. I’m so happy with the job he did. ♥️

Amazing experience with the entire staff, very skilled make up artist and stylist. I was visiting from overseas and they helped me get ready for a fancy wedding and made me feel like a princess! Absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend.
