If I could give this company 0 stars I would!! Constant lying about despatch.

Very helpful and friendly excellent fast and efficient service and the two blinds purchased fitted perfectly look great and very reasonably priced would highly recommend

Just had carpets fitted on stairs, landing, and 3 bedrooms. Lovely quality well fitted. But the day before rang to say couldn't come in the morning as arranged but would come at lunch time. I rang and spoke to a really helpful lady when they didn't turn up.Eventually, I was told they wouldn't be coming until after 3 pm or Ithey could come the following day! After explaining that we'd moved all the beds etc and needed them to come that day they did turn up.before 3pm and did a great job. HOWEVER, BEWARE THEY LEFT ALL OF THE EXCESS CARPETS PLASTIC COVERING RUBBISH AND HUGE CARDBOARD TUBES. Not what you would expect, took 2 TRIPS to the tip in the car. Don't know how an elderly or disabled person would have managed.

Ordered a blind beginning of December. It was delivered on time but it wasn’t as I ordered so they took it away. I was then informed that I would have to wait until January. I complained and after awhile I got a delivery date before Christmas. It was delivered fitted but it wasn’t as ordered. Apparently they forgot to tell me that the chrome bar type I had ordered couldn’t be delivered until January. They did apologise and I was assured they would address the issue straight after the holidays and they would give me a token refund for the mess. Well it’s March and no one has bothered to contact me and no token refund has been sent. So no I would not use them again as the service until they get your money is fine, but the customer service afterwards is appalling, especially the guy I rang to complain to when they say s it wouldn’t be ready until January. One of his comments ‘Yes well people just don’t like to hear bad news’ .

Quality materials and expert fitting. Only caveat was they took two.weeks longer than they said But that aside very pleased with product. Fitters were very nice and speedy. Love my new blinds!

Absolutely shocking customer service..These con artist are selling on amazon and selling items that ain't the same as advertised and when you bring it to their attention they then change the wording in the original ad. Spoke to someone on the phone and promised a call back well surprise surprise this call was never received... Just wish I would of checked the reviews on here... Buyers be warned these people are con artist.!

Had my blinds fitted today, very happy with them. But the customer service was terrible.4 people lied to me on the phone when I got let down the 1st time then got another appointment , supposed to be a morning slot and they eventually turned up at 1.20pm.

The fellas did an excellent job on fitting the carpet and the same with the fellas who did the blinds.Very happy with the service and even the girl who answers the phone is very helpful and very pleasant.
