Matt assisted us in store with the resizing of our newly ordered (from the store) wedding ring. We were only there for 5 minutes, and the flying ring issue was solved. It now sits firmly on my husbands hand!! Thanks, Matt. He even gave us some information about the changes in your fingers when wearing rings. All for no cost!! Highly recommend!!

Great customer service. The assistant Manger helped me choose a very nice watch, her advice about what she thought suited me more than what I thought would look good was very helpful.

Popped in with my husband looking for a ring to commemorate our 10yr anniversary and Matt was amazing at helping me choose the right cocktail ring set in yellow gold. Matt gave me so much insight about the aftercare and post sale services H Samuel’s offers. So professional and answered every question we had, again Matt was incredibly knowledgeable about an array of details regarding every ring. Didn’t come across as someone that would just sell a product for the sake of it. Really patient, helpful and attentive even though we came into the store just before closing time. Thanks again for your help Matt!

Today we got a outstanding customer service from H. M Samuel , Portsmouth Branch. Faiza , the branch manager is very helpful to deal her customer. Just say Faiza you are star .

I went in to store today to have a little browse around and began talking to the very kind and helpful Faiza. After talking about some styles for what earring I was after, she helped me find the right one for me. Very happy I popped in today.

Took my pendant in to be replaced and was told it would be back in 3 days. They said they would call when it had been returned. Had the paperwork with me which they checked and said it was still under warranty so no cost. 1 week later i had not heard from them so I called and they said the pendant had been waiting for me for 5 days! I went to collect it 3 days later and they would not allow me to collect as I had not brought the paperwork with me again. I explained that I was not asked to bring it with me. I went back again a couple of weeks later with the paperwork to be told that I had only got the warranty on the chain and NOT the pendant!! They said the only way to get the pendant back was to take out ANOTHER 2 year warranty on the chain AND the pendant!! Whist I was in the shop, a gentleman approached staff and asked for an update on his watch repair. He told them it was just having a new strap fitted, and when he had brought it in he had been told it would take 3 days to 4 weeks!!! He had now waited 8 weeks and it still had not been returned!!! Just for a new strap!!! The staff were quite dismissive of the gentleman and just kept repeating they will call when they have news and then walked away from him and ignored him!! Overall appalling customer service and once again issues and problems when collecting repairs from this company!! Will be purchasing from different jewellers in future!!

Terrible service. Went to pick up my wife's engagement, which had lost a stone again. Shop assistant went to serve another customer whist we found the receipt, but without telling us or apologising. We were then told we would have to come back the following week. After asking why we were told it was a system problem even though the ring was there in front of us. After a short discussion we were finally able to leave with my wife's ring

Very pleased with my visit at the shop in Portsmouth today (branch 4273). The lady serving me was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products.She helped me choosing the perfect birthday gift - ring!
