It’s been 9 months since our house completed and it’s been super busy hence the late review. Would just like to say a massive thank you to Adam and the team. Throughout our whole process we have plenty of knock backs and Adam was very patient and understanding. He would try his absolute best to get things done quickly knowing he has a very busy workload and always puts his customers first. Thank you Adam for being so understanding and such a honest advisor to work with. Fran arranged a remortgage for me, which I then did not proceed with as I decided to sell and move. She helped to work out the price range of a property I could comfortably purchase and secured a mortgage offer within 3 hours after application! The process was straight forward, communication was excellent (with emails being answered well after office hours!) and even a lower mortgage rate secured between offer acceptance and completion. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I was looking to buy again or remortgage when my fixed term ends.

I honestly cannot express how amazing Adam and Emma have been through our whole house purchase. My partner and I met with Adam around a year ago to advise of where we needed to be to buy a house and he was incredible and explained the whole process to us. Adam took his time to help us understand and made the process much less stressful in many ways throughout the purchasing process. Great team who helped me with purchasing my first house. Really helpful and supportive at every step. The first property fell through and I didn't hesitate using them for the second which (thankfully) all went through swimmingly.

As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and the level of support was outstanding, to say the least! Tricia arranged a brilliant deal on my mortgage and explained everything thoroughly. Oliver was extremely responsive and ensured that my mortgage and subsequent insurance was sorted promptly - as a result of his fab work, my mortgage was approved within 24 hours!
