The woman we dealt with at customer service was a pleasure to deal with. When I read the reviews, I was in two minds weather to order something so expensive.People need to understand what they are ordering. Joinery products will not be ready over night not from any joinery shop so you should not treat these any differently. We were told are stair treads would be ready in 4-6 weeks. We called back when we were told, witch was about 4 weeks after ordering them and then they were delivered within two days. They have been delivered and they look amazing. This was perfect for to be able to work to a schedule.Thank you.

Oak store direct were amazing. I ordered staircase cladding, they responded quickly to my questions and were even accommodating so we could go to their factory and take a look at the end product. I ordered the cladding and it arrived within a few days.They also helped out when I had a problem with threshold covers for my wood flooring, and we picked it up the next day so our joiner could keep going on the job.Highly recommended!

Fantastic! We ordered a shelf that we requested to be cut down to a specific size for our kitchen. I had a few emails with Chelsey before ordering to find out what was possible and she was very helpful and quick to respond. The shelf arrived the day after I'd ordered it and is perfect.
