I arrived at Cambridge recently and contacted Lab Estates for accommodation, they were really fast in communication via mail and over calls including sending virtual tour of the house when I was unable to make it in person, throughout my stay they were very understanding and responsive any point of time. Whenever I contacted them and they helped me resolve any issue instantly. It was really good experience renting with this agency.

Lab Estates has been incredible. Any maintenue issues they sorted things straight away, they provided an excellence service and I would definitely stay with them again. Their also have very good polite staff, who help you with any issues or questions straight away which is great to see, rather than having to wait ages like others companies for things to be sorted.

I was looking for a house for relocating from Nottingham to Cambridge and I found a room through spareroom. Lab estates was really quick in responding to my messages. The way they arranged viewing in short notice and also made everything ready for me to move in was really nice. Luke was being very helpful throughout the process from accomodating for viewing and also on the day of moving in. Very sincere and trustworthy agency company.
