Came here on a recommendation and wasn’t disappointed. Lovely, friendly people. Secured a loose stone in my engagement ring while I waited. Excellent service and such great value. The jewellery on sale there is beautiful and very reasonably priced.

Brought my wedding ring from a high street jewellers who then said it couldnt be made bigger.Kev took a look for me & said not a problem. I left it with him for a week or so. The shop then dropped me a text to let me know it was all ready. Went & collected today & looks AMAZING!! You'd never know anything had been done to it & had been polished & looks brand new again!!The price was also really reasonable!Can't thank you enough!!

Kevin has created a beautiful modern ring with three inset diamonds from my wedding ring, engagement ring and a pair of old earrings. He is such an accomplished jeweller and very reasonably priced. One very happy customer.

Just collected my 50 year old wedding ring from Personal Touch Jewellers that I am giving to my daughter who gets married in a few weeks. Kevin has updated it and has done a fantastic job. Great service, great price. My husband was a jeweller many years ago and so knows a good jeweller when he sees one. Highly recommend. Thank you

Fantastic service!!!.Took two of my wife's rings to Personal Touch Jewellery to be resized. Quality craftsmanship and very reasonably priced. We were very happy with the rings and recommended a friend to use Personal Touch Jewellery. They had an engagement ring that had a damaged crown and lost diamond. They had previously taken the ring to other jewelers who quoted out ot their budget and therefore was unable to wear the ring for some time. Kevin had the ring and did an incredible job for a third of the quotes of other places. My friend was extremely happy and very grateful. Very polite and quality service. Would highly recommend, Thank you.

Fantastic service . I found Kev at Personal Touch Jewelery by chance , after looking for someone to resize 3 rings..Wedding Band, Engagement, and Eternity Ring for my Mother after her Husband passed, (63 years together.)She hadn't worn them for the last 12 months, and I wanted her to wear them for the Funeral.I explained the dilemma to Kev and he said to call in he would alter all 3 while we waited.One very Happy 90 year old , Mother, and a Fantastic Business.Highly recommended..20/20
