Liza really is an exceptional estate agent who has provided an excellent level of support throughout the process. I have seen that she has been putting a great deal of of effort in on my behalf, going the extra mile to ensure the sale has been straightforward, swift and stress free. The frequency and quality of communication has been flawless and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Liza and Yopa. The Yopa online portal has been a very useful tool and enabled the buyer and I to discuss details of the sale. The portal has also enabled easy tracking of sale process.All in all I am very pleased.

Liza recently dealt with our sale and purchase, from day one she was professional, flexible, easy to deal with and very supportive. I cannot fault her excellent service, definitely the best experience we have ever had with an estate agent. I will be recommending Liza to everyone! I must admit we were sceptical using a non high street agent as they were so cheap but can honestly say it’s the best decision we made we saved a lot of money and Liza was always on hand to assist with any queries. Liza was an exceptional estate agent. She's professional and did an amazing job for us when selling our house. She made the entire process easy, and I trusted her opinion on the buyers. I'd recommend anyone selling their house in the Wolverhampton area go with Liza.The only negatives I can say about working with Yopa are the solicitors I had to use with one of their packages that I bought. Premier Property Lawyers weren't great, they kept getting things wrong and sending over wrong documents, then on the day before completion and exchange I couldn't get through to my solicitors office, noone answered the phone. I had to get a phone number for a different team and someone on that team finished off the documents I needed to complete at the last minute. Whether it's the company or my specific solicitor I don't know, but I would never go with them again. I suppose you get what you pay for and they weren't expensive.Overall, I would recommend using Yopa. Their portal was great. I could see the statistics for the Rightmove advert. I could easily upload documents. But the best part was being able to see immediately when we got new viewing requests. Someone I knew was also selling their house at the same time but went with a different company and it was really stressful for them to keep ringing the estate agents every day asking if they'd had an viewing requests. Whereas I received a notification immediately with the date and time the buyer has requested.TLDR; Great company, amazing estate agent but bad solicitors, however I'd definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience working with Liza and Yopa. They offer many more advantages over traditional high street agents such as their online portal, with viewing information, buyer information etc, better priced and larger capacity to handle high volume of calls (meaning more likely to find the right buyer).

She went above and beyond to ensure we got a price we were happy with, and a service that went as smoothly as possible. We went for the lowest commission option and used their solicitors with that option, who were also very efficient and excellent to work with.
