Waghorn and Company handled our property sale in Tonbridge. John, Lisa and Abbey were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. The photos and property listings looked great and the valuation was honest. Lisa and Abbey handled all of the viewings and we had many! They worked very hard to find the right buyer for us and conducted the viewings promptly and with minimal disturbance for us.Once the chain was complete the team were all pro-active in chasing and working with the chain and were actively involved in the sales progression side right up to completion day.Overall, great people to deal with - friendly, patient and professional.I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Waghorn & Company again and heartily recommend them for property sales in and around Tonbridge.

I cannot recommend this place enough! We just picked up keys to our first house! Waghorn & Company made this such a smooth and efficient process. Very professional service by Lisa, who really calmed us down and gave helpful tips while viewing. We even got a little gift box at the end!

The only estate agents i trust! And that means really so much. We bought our first house through Waghorn, and just sold / bought through them. This was not a stress free experience (is it ever!?) but they worked so hard to smoth out all the bumps along the way - which included our house being on the market 3 times. We got there in the end. They will not fleece you, they will not tell you what they think you want to hear. They will not stalk you for business (I don't like this approch). They are straight, they will support you, they are experienced and know what they are doing.

We want to say a huge thank you to the whole team at Waghorns for their excellent service throughout the sale of our Mum's house. They really went the extra mile for us and we're fully supportive throughout a difficult time. They are worth their weight in gold and I would highly recommend them if you are looking to sell your property. They also recommended Warners Solicitors who were 1st class, a special thanks to Liz Ollett and John MCcaullife . A lot of agents charge Brtish Airways prices but you end up with an Easy Jet service. You definately won't get that with these guys.
