Booked online then received a email to say they can’t do it spoke to a gentleman at the branch didn’t seem bothered in the slightest not helpful at all STAY AWAY FIND ANOTHER COMPANY

Have hired several times from these guys and always had first class service.

A month after my van hire these con merchants claim I damaged the vehicle! Sadly I hear from friends that my experience is not unique- will never use or recommend this company with there dodgey practices

Nice van.. shame my stuff didn't get found in the back that was left by mistake weird that its gone but my own fault I guess. So don't leave anything in the van!!! Other then that nice friendly people and helpful

Had a six day rental from here, returned to Bristol Airport. There were no attendants in Bristol even though it was 10am so I left my key in the drop box. I received a message a day later saying they'd be charging me for damage to the front and rear bumpers. Photos they took showed insignificant normal wear and tear marks, literally less than 1mm in size! They charged my cc 250 pounds as I had purchased the extra insurance. They were going to charge me 477 pounds! There was existing damage" to the bumpers that they had never bothered to repair so they quite obviously keep trying to charge someone to repaint the bumpers.Never rent from these bozos!"
